Cancellation Policy

All participants will be contact to set up the initial 30-minute intake session, which will be conducted over the phone. Intake forms and a questionnaire to ensure a successful event will also be sent to each participant via email. If you have any questions regarding the retreat, please contact Kyla Hooper at kyla.hooper@clearmindscounselling.ca Cancellation is subject to a $250 administrative fee. All bookings are non-refundable July 28,2025. Should we need to cancel the event for any reason 100% of the total paid will be refunded.
