Contract Therapist Opportunities - Part Time or Full Time
As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our practice and launching a new, outcome-driven program designed to create meaningful, lasting change in the lives of Albertans.
We are seeking skilled and compassionate therapists to join our team as independent contractors. This role offers a hybrid caseload model, combining a consistent stream of program-referred clients with the flexibility to maintain and grow your own private practice.

A Different Kind of Practice
Many practices offer room rentals with additional charges for basic administrative support. We take a more comprehensive approach. We understand the realities of clinical work—balancing client care, documentation, scheduling, and the demands of running a practice. We reduce that burden so you can focus on delivering high-quality care and building a sustainable, fulfilling career.

We provide support across all aspects of practice, including:
Intake, scheduling, and calendar management
Billing, invoicing, and direct billing (including Telus Health and Sun Life,) group therapy set up, client homework assistance etc.
Consistent referrals to support your caseload
Marketing and online presence, including clinician profiles
Peer collaboration and a supportive team environment
We are committed to helping you grow—not just your caseload, but your confidence and sustainability as a clinician.

What We Offer
Competitive compensation
A steady referral stream through a funded program
Flexibility to maintain and build your own private practice
Full administrative and operational support
Furnished, professional office space and virtual infrastructure
A collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
Opportunity to be part of a program delivering measurable, real-world outcomes
Our Approach
We operate as a collaborative team, supporting both our clients and each other. We value authenticity, integrity, and creating an environment where clinicians can do meaningful work without burnout.
We recognize that sustainable practice requires time to think, reset, and stay grounded. Our model is designed to support both clinical excellence and clinician well-being.

Registered Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, or equivalent
In good standing with a regulatory college or professional association
Strong clinical judgment and professional boundaries
Professional liability insurance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
