Revive and Thrive is a 16 week Outcome Driven program, designed to work in tandem with Employment Service Providers in Southern Rural Alberta providing Real Time Barrier Reduction.

We want to work with you!
What does this mean? We understand that many clients who come through your doors, need more support than employment skills. We also know that sometimes these barriers aren't seen until we place clients in employment roles in the "Real World". That is where we come in! We address Real World Barriers in Real Time, we seek to resolve why something is happening not what is happening. We work with you to drive Employment Outcomes to Success Stories. In order to engage in our program clients MUST be engaged in yours! We flex our hours around your schedules. Clients attend both programs simultaneously for a fully wrapped service that provides all the tools they need to succeed!

We want to work with you!
We fully understand that life has been hard, unfair and some people have been dealt a bad hand. We want to help. We recognize that the past does not define a person, it does however create defense mechanisms that make it difficult to succeed. We also recognize that just wanting a different life and working towards that goal isn't always enough. Somtimes we need someone to help bridge the gap between stigma, discrimination, closed doors and help us access opportunities to succeed. We know it takes more than willingness and we are here to help!
To access our program we need you connected with an Alberta Employment Service Provider. If you don't know who that is, give us a call and we can provide you with the information for the city you are in. Why do we need that? Our programs mandate is to work with Employment Services so you can gain autonomy of your own life. We will be there with you for that journey and to help address the Real World Challenges as they arise, and bridge the gap between whatever happened before now that is standing between you and a healthy future.
